Accommodation in a historic water mill

The Cheneux water mill is a charming accommodation which, after having manufactured flour for more than 150 years for the inhabitants and tan for the tanneries of Stavelot, now produces electricity. It can accommodate up to 15 people for holiday stays.

It is an exceptional, private and exclusive place. The water mill and the entire property are located on the edge of the river Eau Rouge. The atmosphere is calm and serene.

Close to Stavelot, Malmedy and Spa

The water mill is located near Stavelot. The towns of Malmedy and Spa, the  nature reserve of the Hautes-Fagnes and the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps are also nearby.

Built in 1815 - Renovated in 2020

The water mill was built in 1815 on the ruins of an older mill.  Renovated between 2015 and 2020, in an atmosphere combining the history of the place and contemporary comfort, it offers today:
- 6 rooms for up to 15 people.
- large and bright living spaces.
- an indoor swimming pool, a sports bar and other leisure areas.
- beautiful outdoor spaces set in an ultra-privileged natural setting.

The water mill is rented in its entirety, for the weekend, for the week or for a longer period.
